This is Clapham organises regular and ad-hoc cleaning services in addition to those provided by the Council as part of their baseline services.

We coordinate with Lambeth Council on a regular basis to identify and report graffiti hotspots and ensure that Lambeth is delivering the services set out in the baseline agreement.

This is Clapham also carries out work itself. In the past this has included deploying services such as pavement cleaning and chewing gum removal.

In 2022 it cleaned up 22 graffiti hotspots across the area. This included repainting the Clapham Air Raid shelters, removing large graffiti installations in the area and using anti-graffiti paint to make future removal easier. We continue to allocate a budget for cleaning and graffiti removal each year.

We will keep your personal information as long as the duration of your relationship with the business or company you are related with. We will keep information relating to member companies as long as the company remains within the area. If the company leaves the area we may keep some information that we hold as long as we consider necessary based on any laws applicable. Any information you provide to us is kept in our active file for 6 months – After 6 months it is moved to a dormant state – After 12 months it is deleted from our systems We use Active records for some or all of the activities detailed in the section above – ‘What do we use your information for?’ If we have recorded no positive activity from you after 6 months your record will become dormant If there is no positive activity from you within 12 months we will delete your records Positive activity means that you open, read, interact with either the website or through any of the communication methods we use to contact you. It is our responsibility to be able to demonstrate this positive activity and if we cannot then your details will become dormant and eventually be deleted.
