During the month of October, you have the opportunity to lock in a 25% reduction on the price of Fit to Last’s 1:1 Personal Training programme during Off-Peak hours.

This is for you if you want to establish a regular workout routine with a fitness professional, together with Nutrition Coaching at a private studio in Clapham.

The Fit to Last Off-Peak hours are 12:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday.
