We are a friendly bunch working in Architectural Visualisation and media and we have up to 5 free desks within our office we’d love to share with some lovely new people. Perfect for individuals or companies.

The office is freshly kitted out with new furniture. You will have access to high speed internet, phone points, a desk, chair and the option of drawers if you’d like them. Terms are flexible.

The office is in a wonderful and highly regarded area in Clapham Old Town, London. It’s such a rare opportunity to find office space here. The building itself has 2 kitchens with tea, coffee & milk provided. There are cycling facilities (including shower room) and a dedicated onsite building reception. Reception also collect deliveries for tenants to collect at their leisure.

It’s close to lovely restaurants, shops, coffee houses etc. It has a great atmosphere and such variety. We also are a stones throw from Clapham Common, and to top off an amazing opportunity, we have an office dog who is just a winner!

We are 5mins toddle to the tube (Northern Line). There’s a large Sainsbury’s on the High Street, or a Sainsbury’s Local across the street. There’s a lovely pedestrianised area to sit out in the summer for a coffee, or a beer from the local pub. There’s a good fry up a few doors up too!

Terms are flexible. £200 + VAT for individual desks which is hugely reduced to attract more of you gorgeous lot! Discount available for multiple desks.
