The Pig’s head are back with another sensational evening of farm-to-table dining! For their 10th edition, they are thrilled to present the rich and bold flavours of Lyon’s Hill Farm/@aurox_meat known for its exceptional quality.

This time, they are collaborating with renowned wine expert Max Evans to bring you the perfect wine pairings that complement each course of this stunning menu.
Led by Giles James, our carefully curated dinner will take you through a gastronomic journey featuring succulent oxtail sliders, beef tartar with Welsh rarebit, and an exquisite onglet,
fillet & shin trio-all from the same cow. The evening will finish with an apple soufflé, making this an event not to be missed!
