Join us on the 28th October for a dynamic dual practice combining strength and flexibility! We will start our day at 10:30am at Reach Fitness (near Clapham North) for their all in one full body workout. Prepare to be challenged with their strength and conditioning exercises that will improve your endurance and athletic ability; suitable for all levels of fitness. Expect the unexpected, expect sweat…expect results!

After a short walk we will then take part in a one hour hot yoga class at yogahaven (near Clapham Common). Tess Mabbitt will take us through our poses with variations for total beginners & advanced practitioners alike. Not only will you learn how to twist your body into pretzel shapes but you will improve your flexibility and enjoy reduced stress.

This dynamic duo practice will be finished off with a delicious brunch at Yardbird, known for their very tasty & sizeable Brunch plates!

10:30am Reach – Class with Richard Tidmarsh

12:15pm yogahaven – 1 hour hot yoga class with Tess Mabbitt

2pm Yardbird –  Brunch
